I had three telephone conversations with them regarding pre-op testing for surgery before making an appointment. I even made a statement that the orthepedic doctor was prescribing Tramadol and all I needed was established PCP relationship and be clearned for surgery. We drive for near 90 minutes to get there (15th doctor involved in getting my hip replaced), spend another 15 minutes filling out paperwork and next I know we are practically getting kicked out of there because we take controled substances (Tramadol and my wife, prescriptions for headaches). Very strange occorance to say the least!!
